Stm32h7 uart dma

i am using STM32F4Discovery board with CP2102 based USB-TTL converter to send data between PC and this board. so i connect RX, TX wires i use i found the formula in stm32f4xx_usart.h file, however i don't understand what are these parameters and how to change them in code.
